My main goal is to avoid sun stroke.
Write your dream project. You think, 'But no one will make my dream project. They just wanna make the Fruit by the Foot movie.' But the thing you'll write best IS your dream project and then people will read it and hire you to write Fruit by the Foot 2: Metric Mayhem.
This might be obvious as hell (then again we’re on the internet...) but god damnit, tell people when they’re great at things! Tell them you like what they did or made. Tell them you’re excited by them, that you’re proud of them. Tell them they’re seen. Tell them you love them.
